About us

Büro-Taxi GmbH has been founded as a three-man startup in Rheinberg, Germany in February 1997.

In the early days, we supplied our customers with office-supplies using our very own car pool. It was our mission to have our customers satisfied through excellent service.

Our business concept was well received. In fact, it was successful in an extent that we had to find additional personnel and premises, in order to cope with the growth; our first office and warehouse were rented in Alpen, Germany.

As we put our focus on personal telephone sales, and had our product assortment extended to over 35.000 products, we extended also our logistics: orders are delivered within 24-hours.

This is when we acquired our very own offices and warehouses in a business park in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany.

We can proudly say, that most of our staff that has been with us since the beginning, is still working with us. As of now, our company employs more than 30 people, serving over 9.000 customers in all of Europe.

It is very important to us that our customers are getting personal and consistent advice, with ONE contact for all concerns – we are not a call center.
